We are looking for a permanent, full-time Laundry Wash Operator to join our Linenmaster division in June. You will be a key member of the team on the wash floor operating state of the art washing machines and dryers for our commercial customers.

We are looking for someone who is switched on, flexible and enjoys physical work as this role can be physically demanding! For the right person, this role provides a pathway to learn more and take on more responsibility, assisting with the running of an expanding and dynamic laundry. Extensive Health and Safety and Process training will be provided.

Hours for this role are 45 hours per week (Monday to Friday) and one rostered Saturday morning per month. If you enjoy physical work and working in a fast paced environment then this is the role for you!

Key responsibilities of this role include:
• To ensure work is processed in order of priority, efficiently and by the appropriate cleaning process to attain quality standards and meet timeliness goals. 
• Ensure that the product received from the sorting station is recorded and prepared as necessary ready for production. 
• Process all items according to the appropriate methods and processes to meet delivery to customer deadlines.

Key requirements of this role include:
• Physically fit and able to carry out work within a commercial laundry environment. (A pre-employment fitness assessment will be required)
• Flexibility 
• Ability to prioritise and mange time effectively.
• Ability to work well in a team or independently.
• Ability to maintain effective performance when under pressure.
• A positive attitude.
• Having a full drivers licence will be an advantage.
